To “consider God” is to remember that He is ever-present, all-knowing, all-powerful, and deeply loving. It means acknowledging His sovereignty over all situations, trusting His timing, and believing that He is working all things for our good.

A storm arose on the sea and the disciples thought they were going to die. In the storms of life, Jesus speaks into our circumstances. He is working to either calm the storm or quiet our heart. When we trust in Him, we find peace.
