Enjoying The Peace Of Christ
Contributed on Jan 4, 2026
this sermon examines how God’s grace restores our broken relationship with Him. True peace is a relational status achieved through Christ’s sacrifice, not a worldly feeling. Believers must reflect this harmony within the church through prayer and mutual love.
Sermon Outline: Enjoying the Peace of Christ Scripture Text: Philippians 1:1-2; Romans 5:1; Colossians 1:20 Introduction: Enjoying the Peace of Christ In the opening of his epistles, the Apostle Paul consistently greets the church with a specific blessing: "Grace and peace". This is ...read more

A Call To Build God's Temple: Prioritizing The Local Church
Contributed on Nov 21, 2025
Just as God commanded the Jews who returned from exile to “build a temple,” New Testament Christians are called to build the local church to which each belongs—a spiritual temple founded on Jesus Christ.
A Call to Build God's Temple: Prioritizing the Local Church (Haggai 1:1-11) 1 In the second year of Darius' reign, on the first day of the sixth month, the prophet Haggai delivered the word of the LORD to Zerubbabel, son of Shealtiel, governor of Judah, and to Joshua, son of Jehozadak, ...read more

Under The Law Or Under Christ? (Romans 7:1-6)
Contributed on Nov 19, 2025
While the law reveals God’s holiness and exposes our sin, it cannot save us—it brings condemnation. Through Jesus’ death and resurrection, we are freed from the law’s condemnation and now live under grace, bearing fruit through the guidance of the Holy Spirit.
Romans 7:1-6 1. Do you not know, brothers—for I am speaking to those who know the law—that the law has authority over a person only as long as he lives? 2. For a married woman is bound by law to her husband while he lives; but if her husband dies, she is released from the law of her husband. 3. ...read more

Abraham’s Faith, God’s Faithfulness
Contributed on Oct 31, 2025
Abraham trusted God’s promises despite doubt, fear, and impossibility—and how, like Abraham, we are justified not by our works but by God’s faithfulness. It reminds us that salvation and blessing are gifts of grace, not achievements of human effort.
“What then shall we say that Abraham, our forefather according to the flesh, discovered in this matter? If Abraham was justified by works, he would have something to boast about—but not before God. What does the Scripture say? ‘Abraham believed God, and it was credited to him as righteousness.’” ...read more

Why People Fail To Realize That They Are Sinners?
Contributed on Oct 3, 2025
People fail to recognize their sinfulness because they compare themselves to others instead of to God, ignore His grace, underestimating the depth of their sins, and underesimate God’s perfect righteous standard revealed through Christ’s sacrifice.
The Apostle Paul proclaimed in Romans 1:17 that the righteousness of God is revealed in the gospel. Before explaining in detail what this gospel is, he explains why this gospel is necessary and why God’s righteousness is needed in Romans 1:18–3:20 as follows: 1. Everyone is a sinner, whether Jew ...read more
