Because Judah abandoned God and turned to Assyria and Egypt, they were conquered by Babylon and now don’t have enough to eat. They submitted to the world and not to the LORD. Egypt and Assyria will come into great blessing one day. We look into Christians and submission.

We humans are wrongly unafraid of God's fiercest creatures. Wisdom dictates we shouldn't "poke the lion." There are at least 3 lions in Scripture: the devil, the church, and the Son of God, Jesus.
