Contributed by John Lowe on Mar 26, 2021

The “perfect law of liberty” is not the Mosaic Law; it is the law of grace. James does not talk about this law in the same sense that Paul does. When Paul talks about the law, he is talking about the Mosaic Law. When James talks about the law, it is the law of Faith.

"I thirst" is a statement from the cross that was only recorded by John in his gospel. I believe there were at least three reasons why God inspired John to record that statement. This sermon explores those three reasons.

Last week, we explored the fourth statement from the cross, where Jesus cried out, "My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?" This cry revealed the spiritual agony Jesus experienced as He took on the sins of the world. Today, we will focus on the fifth statement, recorded only by John in his ...read more

To establish that the Scriptures reveal Jesus Christ as God. Class is still out for some of our Scholars in this regard; some would have Him yet in the tomb, while others see Him no more than a mere man. This dissertation proves Jesus Christ is God.
