If we want to please people then we'll tell people what they want to hear. We'll try to creatively interpret the Bible, so that they can do what they want in their bedrooms and with their sex life and yet still feel good about themselves.

You can summarize the first two chapters of Romans this way: In the first chapter Paul says that people who do bad things are sinners. Pray For All Those In Need Of Salvation

There are people who know God but are still under the law. They need to be released from this bondage. Those who have not yet encountered Jesus also need to encounter Him to get salvation. We need to pray for all these people on a constant and continuous basis.

Psalm 88 is the gloomiest chapter in all the bible. There is not one glimmer of hope yet we can draw from it wonderful teaching. The psalmist was in a very dark state . Even by the end of the Psalm the conflict was not resolved. In Psalm 88, the writer was overcome by feelings and emotions.
