Our life's pursuits ultimately define us. King David was a man after God's own heart. King Solomon ultimately pursued other things. Being in pursuit of God as your portion will lead you into the fullness of His goodness today as well as for an eternity.

Psalms 58 And 109 Series

The outrage expressed in passages in these psalms are examples of times David seemed to be "fed up" with his enemies. He pours out his fury to God, not intending for his Father to act on the ills he calls for, but for God to see the passion poisoning his heart and send relief.
