  • An Act Of Obedience Series

Contributed by Glenn Pease on Mar 29, 2021

The New Testament makes it clear that all who believe in Jesus as their Savior are to be baptized, and so for those who submit to do so it is an act of obedience.

The whole duty of man is to love God and keep His commandments. From paradise lost to paradise regained this is the teaching of the Bible. The one condition for man's abiding in Paradise was obedience to God's command. In Rev. 22:14 we read, "Blessed are they who do His commandments, ...read more

Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me and forbid them not, for of such is the kingdom of heaven." I cannot imagine any child who loves Jesus, and who desires to be baptized in obedience to Him, being to young.

Baptism and the Lord's Supper are two of the simplest things we do as Christians. THE TIMING OF ...read more

Jude 1:10 - Abusive Acts Jude 1:10: “But these speak evil of those things which they know not: but what they know naturally, as brute beasts, in those things they corrupt themselves.” KNOW NOT & KNOW The word Know means to gain a firm mental grasp of something or to become acquainted with ...read more
