While trying to heal Jairus' daughter, Jesus encountered a woman who believed that the faintest contact with Jesus would result in her healing. Jesus' blue fringe brought her the fringe benefits of salvation!

The human touch is incredible, its powerful, it calming. Jesus is on a trek and a woman touches the hem of his garment and she is made whole and a 12 year old girl is amazingly brought back to life, just because of his touch.
