It is not unusual to hear a teenager or adults these days say, I AM BORED!!! The word “Bored” originates from the verb “bore”, which means to pierce or drill. The term has evolved over time to describe a feeling of emptiness or lack of interest, often associated with a dull life.
God did not put us here to live a life of boredom!!! The Word of God tells us Eccl.9:10, Whatsoever Thy Hands Findeth to do, do it with all thy might. Did you know our memory is a gift from God? God has given us many wonderful gifts, but our Memory is one of the great gifts God has given us. Just think about it!!! Wouldn’t it be a terrible to live our entire life on earth and when we die nobody remembers that we ever existed!!!

Somehow, we have the mistaken idea that the Christian life is like a fairy tale. That is, you accept the Lord as your Savior, and then then you live happily ever after! But there is no such life for any of us while we are here on earth.
