In the 12th chapter of Acts we see the deliverance of Peter from the hand of Herod. It is an amazing deliverance. James is executed and Peter delivered. Both were ready to die. Shouldn't we be as well?

When Peter was in prison, awaiting what appeared to be a sure execution, the church prayed without ceasing for him and Peter was set free by an angel of the Lord. Powerful things happen the church prays.

The greatest tool to win others to Christ is the peace that only God can give. Peace that allowed petter to sleep even though the in a few hours he was to be killed, even though he was in an uncomfortable situation he could sleep.
