Do you remember the VBS kids song, that was a two-part action song? One half would stand up and sing "Hallelu!, Hallelu! and then sit down, and then the other half would stand and sing, "Praise Ye the Lord!" Well its all about giving God the praise.

The word "quick" in the Bible is used to describe God as appointing his Son as judging the "quick and dead" (Act's 10:42) but also in the last chapter of the Bible (Revelation 22) He asked to "Come Quickly."
