Be Holy, for I AM HOLY. When we experience the HOLY GOD, we see our shortcomings. It is only the HOLY LORD GOD that can make us to be HOLY. One Touch and we are made Whole, and Holy, and Ready for HIS Service. But it starts with us, being willing to surrender to HIM.

The Beatitudes teach the qualities that God works in the character of Christ's disciples. Then in Matthew 5:13-16 the emphasis turns to the influence Christians are to have in the world around them. The point of our text is that we let our light shine.

Anyone who presents the Gospel is considered to have "beautiful feet" which "brings glad tidings of good things." Some are called to travel long distances, and some are limited. Regardless, the key is to be obedient and willing to carry out Christ's great commission.
