As Christians, we are to live in a way that glorifies God. That is the message of the last part of First Corinthians chapter ten. Verse 31 there says that “whatever you do, do all the glory of God.” But we have to be careful, we may do things that do not give glory to God.

Although Luke’s account of the shepherds going to see baby Jesus is filled with familiar details, the thread that ties the whole thing together is what the shepherds were told about the child. We hear that connection three times in these verses.
