One of the unfortunate realities about living in this world is the existence of bullies who intimidate and threaten others. The Bible describes one such bully named Goliath. His threats against Israel and God ceased when he encountered David and one smooth stone.

Joseph faced opposition but, as a result, saved his family. David faced opposition from his brother but went ahead and killed Goliath. Nehemiah faced opposition, never lost confidence, and completed the building in record time. We no less will succeed, our confidence in our Lord.
