[194]. A Message From A Poem– No Other Is So Worthy

[194]. A MESSAGE FROM A POEM– NO OTHER IS SO WORTHY
This is a worship and praise poem. When we ascribe majesty to Jesus we are worshipping Him. I have tried to do that because He is INDEED worthy of our feeble praise. When we are in heaven one day as part of the whole redeemed Church, our praise will not be feeble. We shall praise the Lamb with pure hearts and voices.
{{Psalm 29:1-2 “Ascribe to the LORD, O sons of the mighty, ascribe to the LORD glory and strength. Ascribe to the LORD the glory due to His name. Worship the LORD in holy array.”}}
{{Psalm 95:6 “Come, let us worship and bow down. Let us kneel before the LORD our Maker”}}
{{Psalm 99:9 “Exalt the LORD our God and worship at His holy hill for holy is the LORD our God.”}}
{{Revelation 5:9 “and they sang a new song, saying, “Worthy are You . . .”}} That is, YOU ARE WORTHY!
The poem contains praise and thankfulness because Jesus died for ME. We owe Him much and need to remain humble, for any blessing we have is not obtained from ourselves, but from Jesus who cares for us in every way.
Why do we worship Jesus? It is because HE IS SO WORTHY. I hope these pointers help you.
One way we worship and praise Him is to reflect on His many Names because they all contain application to us. What I wish for you in this poem, is for you to meditate on each part in thankfulness to God. I hope you get much from it!
=============================================================
NO OTHER IS SO WORTHY
Praise the Lord, Creator King,
Creator over ev’rything.
Praise Him as the heavenly Lamb;
Worship Him, the great I AM.
Lord of all His saintly realm;
Jesus, Redeemer at the helm.
Saviour for eternity,
And perfect in His piety.
=========================
Many are the Names ascribed to Jesus,
For all the universe imprints His Name.
I can never understand why this One
As Substitute, took my sin, then the blame.
=========================
I can know only that love so perfect,
So exalted, and all so freely shown,
Has conquered my dead heart so completely;
Took me up in need, and made Himself known.
=========================
Lord Jesus Christ, I love you, and You’re mine.
He loved those who carried death’s penalty.
Christ died for sinners, ones that were condemned,
And in their place suffered man’s cruelty.
=========================
Jesus saved me, O give thanks,
For I am added to His ranks;
Those His precious blood redeemed,
So in their darkness, His light gleamed.
Lord, we love You, and always,
Unto You, we present our praise.
Now on earth we wait for You,
Who shortly will make all things new.
EVEN SO, COME LORD JESUS
