The church at large may differ on the decision to give the sign of the covenant to children, but one thing we would all agree on is that a person who has faith in Jesus Christ, who has never been baptized before, ought to receive the sign of the covenant community. Baptism is an outward sign of the inward work of the Holy Spirit as he has washed and cleansed sinners from their sin. Make your next service a time where those who have not received this sign can come and experience baptism for themselves while also being a time that those who already have been baptized can remember their own baptism.
