The Master’s Final Words

1. All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to Me.

 Jesus has always wanted His servants to understand that He has the power to accomplish all things.

 If we would gain a better understanding of the authority of the one we serve, we would then gain a better understanding of the authority that we have ourselves.

2. I am going to send you My Spirit, and you shall receive power to witness.

 The Lord has given us all that we need to be effective in what He has called us to do.

 The Lord is not into calling the equipped, He equips the called.

 Holy Spirit is given to us as our supernatural source. He is our helper, our guide and the power of God at work in and through our lives.

3. Therefore GO and make disciples of all nations and peoples.

 God has never intended for His people to camp at a place of blessing.

 God is always thinking bigger than the here and now.

 Our witness and our ministry must start at home, but for God it goes much beyond that.

 We are eager to see Calvary Assembly of God grow and become a strong church, God is looking at all of Franklin, then all of Simpson County, then all of Kentucky, then all of the southern United States, then the entire country, then the entire continent of North America, then the western hemisphere, then the eastern hemisphere and the entire world.

4. Repentance and forgiveness of sins must be preached in the Name of Jesus.

 We cannot afford to water down the gospel or patty cake with the lost.

 The message has got to be Jesus Christ and Him crucified.

 Methods may change, but the message is always the same.

 The gospel is bloody and so must be our message.

5. Baptize, teach and train the believers to be obedient servants of My Father.

 We have done the gospel a major disservice by stopping with converts for far too long.

 It cannot be about getting individuals to an altar to pad the statistics of the church or the ministry.

 We have done much worse than spiritual abortion, we have left the babies to fend for themselves without even so much as a blanket or bottle.

 The spiritual population is in and will continue to be in trouble as long as we don’t teach believers how to be spiritually reproductive.

6. I am with you always, even to the ends of the earth.

 Just because Jesus ascended to Heaven, doesn’t mean that He is no longer with us.

 We are not and never will be in this fight alone. We are never in the minority when Jesus is on our side.

 If God be for us, who can be against us?!

7. These signs will follow those who believe.

a. They will drive out demons in My name.

b. They will speak in tongues.

c. They will not be harmed by snakes or deadly poison.

d. They will lay hands on the sick and they will recover.
