What caught my attention in this whole episode of Jesus healing the eyes of a beggar born blind is that, ‘ people were not able to recognize him after the healing.’

Then “Many who were demon-possessed were brought to him, and he drove out the spirits with a word and healed all who were ill.” Matthew then tells us that this fulfilled the prophecy that Jesus “took up our infirmities and bore our diseases.”
