Salvation is not obtain by following the Law but through faith in a risen Savior who was righteous and paid the price for our sins. We pray for the lost in hope that they might accept this gracious gift and in turn receive His robe and live forever in His presence.

Who would argue against the understanding that we live in a day when many take God for granted? One thing that eighth chapter of Amos makes clear is that moving away from God invites destruction. The opening image of ripe fruit cuts to the chase as a metaphor for God’s judgement.

No Life On Mars

When Paul went to "Mars" Hill in Athens he found no spiritual life there. Though Greece had made a great contribution to the world's philosophy and thought, it's offering for salvation was empty. But there was life on Mars when Paul left!
