Waiting for something that you know is going to happen, but you don't know just when, can be a difficult period in your life. So what do you do? Twiddle your thumbs? Do you not start to do something, afraid that there won't be enough time to finish it? It can be a quandary.

Jonah has some lame excuses for why he did not want to obey God and preach to the city of Nineveh. There are many others in the bible who gave excuses and the question is “Are we also giving excuses?” or “Are we fulfilling the Great Commission of the Lord Jesus and leading others into His kingdom?”
