When are we commanded to baptize. According to Matthew, it is after they are taught. Baptism is an outward sign of the work that has already taken place in our lives by the Lord.

The Great Commission of evangelizing the world was given to the New Testament church. Jesus didn’t say anything that he didn’t mean. Our job is not complete until the convert is baptized. Baptism is not a secondary doctrine to be argued about. I. Baptism Part of Great Commission 1. Matthew ...read more

  • Salvation And Baptism

Contributed by Grant Adams on May 22, 2021
     | 1,680 views

If there were two main doctrines in the Bible, I feel they would be salvation and baptism. The reason being the bible says until a lost person is saved, he is nothing to God, and until a saved person is baptized, he cannot be obedient in any other spiritual area.

We can’t find meaning & proclaim truth if we are not plugged into the Holy Spirit, yet so many Christians try to live without any relationship or even contact with the Spirit of God.

Mark 1:4-11 & or John 1:29-36 Some things are just obvious aren’t they? Yet sometimes we act in a way that seems to deny common sense. For instance we drive sometimes without thinking properly about where we are going, almost on automatic pilot; do you know what I mean? Sometimes I’ve got in the ...read more
