Paul loved the Philippian people, and he was greatly concerned about them. He told them, "Brethren, be followers together of me, and mark them which walk so as ye have us for an ensample."
WHY DID PAUL TELL THEM TO FOLLOW HIM? If anyone had examined the life of the apostle Paul, they would have discovered that he was following the Lord Jesus. Paul was giving them a PHYSICAL EXAMPLE or MODEL of what it is to follow Jesus.
