In John 10:27 Jesus said, "My sheep listen to my voice; I know them and they follow me." If we're his sheep, we'll be able to recognize when he's speaking to us. We will know him, listen to him and follow him. Let's look at this subject and see what we can learn.

Of the numerous images of Jesus painted by John in his Gospel, probably the most descriptive is that of the Good Shepherd (John 10). Like a shepherd, Jesus is concerned with the welfare and care of His flock, showing His never changing love and compassion.
