• Comment to those looking at my sermons: My writing style may be hard for some, I write like I preach so although they are basically manuscript style, I double space my points to help myself get back to my notes when needed

• One of my favorite illustrations: The wagon tongue of a church wagon pointed to the north star-- when we point toward Jesus we find our way

• What my spouse (really) thinks of my sermons: my wife is my biggest supporter and best critic. She usually loves them
• Best advice given to me about preaching: Don't let anyone tell you that you can't if God has called you
