    based on 4 ratings

To clarify that the preposition “for” in the phrase:” for the remission of sins" does not mean "because." The Greek word "eis" means “for, into, unto, or toward” in all reputable Greek-English New Testament Interlinear. Denying this truth is aligning your faith with error.

This is a revision of the ninth lesson in the sermon-series entitled: "Re-digging in Old Wells." There will be many others ...read more

    The Role of Women

October 16, 2021 And now…. Luke. As with the other Gospels, Luke does not identify himself as the author of the book that bears his name. Biblical evidence, however, points us to Luke, the Physician, as the author {see Acts 1:1 and Colossians 4:14}. Luke: • Was written in Greek • Was written ...read more

Based on the song "Mary, Did You Know." Was Mary in need of salvation, although she bore the holy Christ child? Did she ever know why the child she delivered had come into the world? This message seeks to answer these questions.

The title for our message comes from a song written by the Christian comedian Mark Lowry, and originally sung by the Christian vocalist Michael English; and the song is entitled, “Mary, Did You Know?” One stanza of the song says: Mary did you know that your baby boy would one day walk on ...read more

This morning we are going to look at four separate passages on what is known among believers as The Great Commission. The Great Commission is all about missions, since the word “commission” contains the word “mission” in it. Now, that word “commission” means, “charge, order, or mandate.”(1) This ...read more
