Nicodemus was a member of the Jewish sect of influential Pharisees and a member of the Sanhedrin, the highest Jewish court. Nicodemus held the prominent position as ruler of the Pharisees, an enormously powerful position.

The True Temple Enters Jerusalem

Nicodemus Is one of those interesting and important people we meet in the Bible. Jesus met with him and told him that he must be born again. However, He could not understand how someone could enter again into their mothers womb. He missed Jesus' point completely.
