Habakkuk’s praise was not dependent upon his circumstances and neither should our praise be dependent upon our circumstances. Even if our whole world is coming unglued, we will praise and worship Almighty God. Even if we lose everything, we will rejoice in the LORD and spin around in joy.

Be careful what you ask for when you make a complaint to God. Sometimes God delays bringing justice to the world because the price is so high. Sometimes justice is brought about by unjust people. Be prepared to let God decide when's the right time to act.
