We see the longing of God's heart for His people to return to Him. They were not bringing in the tithes and offerings because their hearts have strayed from God. It is a problem of the heart.

Isaac, Son Of Abraham

Isaac seems to have lived in the shadows of his father (Abraham) and his sons (Esau and Jacob). He is mentioned less than either of these, but he stayed faithful to the God of his father, Abraham. So can we!

Introduction: Isaac does not have as much coverage in the Bible as his father, Abraham, or his sons, Esau and Jacob. Jacob made a vow that if God would bring him back home safely, that the stone which he set up as a pillar, and its place would be called God's house. By setting up this stone Jacob erected a monument to memorialize this significant event in his life.
