This is the opening sermon for a series based on The Book of Proverbs. I thought it would be a good idea to start a series based on the preeminent book of wisdom literature by discussing and defining what the book means by "wisdom" starting with the first chapter of The Book of Proverbs.

Jesus made an interesting statement concerning wisdom. Jesus said, “Wisdom is justified of all her children.” We need to know what He meant by that saying.

We often get confused thinking Knowledge and Wisdom are same. No they are not. We need wisdom and we need to understand what this wisdom really is all about.
