Are We Surrendered?

From 1908 to 2018, the Church of the Nazarene grew from 10,000 members to 2.5 million. They surrendered. They heard the call, the Great Commission given to every Christian, and they submitted. I think this is the problem that Christianity in general is facing today. Christians stopped surrendering.

The Church Manual states that “The Church of the Nazarene recognizes all believers are called to minister to all people.” I love that statement. A lack of commitment to God and His kingdom may be an indicator that we are still somewhat bound in certain areas of our lives. Christ wants us to be set free so that we can serve the purposes of God.
