WHY STICK WITH MILK?
Why would someone continue with a staple diet of milk only? Simple. Milk is easily and quickly swallowed. Meat, on the other hand, is much more substantial. It needs to be chewed, savored and broken down before it can be swallowed. Usually, we have to wait for it to cook.
