He pleaded, “Be gracious to me, O God, according to Thy lovingkindness; According to the greatness of my Thy compassion blot out my transgression.”
He confessed, “Against Thee, Thee only, I have sinned, and done what is evil

A guest preacher was speaking about “seeing Jesus in others” when God used Meghan as a living illustration of someone who had surrendered everything to Jesus as part of her community of faith.
During the worship set, Meghan spontaneously went to the front of the church and began dancing…wildly.

I heard a story about the day that Jesus returned to Heaven. The Angel Gabriel asked Jesus to explain what had happened down there on earth.
He asked, “Did they make you King?” Jesus answered, “No.”
“Did they make you prince?” “No.”
“Did they worship you?”

The Lord Jesus Christ whom we exalt at Christmas is not just a baby in a manger. He is not a character in a children’s story. He is far more. The first time he came, he came veiled in the form of a child. The next time He comes, and we believe it will be soon, He will come unveiled, and it will be

. The greatest English poet of the eighteenth century Alexander Pope penned these immortal words in his An Essay on Man:
Hope springs eternal in the human breast;
Man never IS, but always TO be blest:
The soul, uneasy and confined from home,
Rests and expatiates in a life to come.
