[118]. Poem Message – He Comes For Me – The Blessed Hope – He Comes For Me

[118]. A MESSAGE FROM A POEM – HE COMES FOR ME – THE BLESSED HOPE – HE COMES FOR ME
Those who rightfully look forward with anticipation to the Rapture, know that the Lord is coming FOR THEM INDIVIDUALLY as well as for His Church. This event is known as “the blessed hope”, and it is such a joy to know that His coming FOR ME must be so close as we understand the signs of the times.
In Titus the coming of the Lord in the Rapture, and His coming at the Second Coming 7 years later, are combined in this final verse – {{Titus 2:11-13 “The grace of God has appeared bringing salvation to all men, Titus 2:12 instructing us to deny ungodliness and worldly desires and to live sensibly, righteously and godly in the present age, Titus 2:13 looking for THE BLESSED HOPE and THE APPEARING OF THE GLORY OF OUR GREAT GOD AND SAVIOUR, CHRIST Jesus.”}}
The poem moves over a number of areas and I will try to list them – the Lord has cleansed me; communion with Him; waiting for His call (includes resurrection); the Lord is coming for me; a plea for the Lord to come.
I will close with the great Rapture passage –
{{1 Thessalonians 4:14-17 “If we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will bring with Him those who have fallen asleep in Jesus, for this we say to you by the word of the Lord, that we who are alive and remain until the coming of the Lord, shall not precede those who have fallen asleep, for the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trumpet of God, and the dead in Christ shall rise first. Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and thus we shall always be with the Lord.”}}
==============================================================
HE COMES FOR ME – THE BLESSED HOPE – HE COMES FOR ME
By Jesus Christ my soul is owned.
Lift up your eyes to God enthroned.
I come to Him as his dear child,
Now spotless white, but once defiled.
============================
To his presence the door is mine;
Communion sweet that’s so divine.
To You my eyes are lifted up,
Away from earth that is corrupt.
============================
We wait for Him to shout the call;
To call the dead to stand up tall;
To change us all before His face;
The ones who have been saved by grace.
============================
He comes for me, to take me where
All is lovely, and all is fair.
The Lord Himself will come for me.
Then His glorious face I’ll see. (Then this glorious One I’ll see)
============================
O, come Lord Jesus, come to take
Your precious Bride for your Name’s sake.
The blesse´d hope The Rapture is,
The blood-bought reward that is His.
