According to surveys 78% of Americans are Christians but only 9% of Americans read the bible every day. Perhaps this is because one must go beyond reading the bible merely for the sake of reading the bible; we must truly consume the bible.

In order to live with Christ, we have to die to our worldly way of life and take up his life-a life of forgiveness, goodness, trust and service. If we are grounded in Christ’s unconditional love, we are free to lead like Jesus and love and serve others.

A good Fan just shows up for the weekly event. Good Fans do that you know! And they will stay a Fan as long as it benefits them. A Follower of Jesus will follow. They will follow him even when there is a crisis, even when they do not fully understand.

Maslow claims that our physical needs for food, water etc. are the most basic and fundamental. But the Bible tells us that our spiritual needs are even more basic. And only Jesus, the Bread from heaven, can satisfy those needs.
