Here is what I really want to address this morning, IN A NUTSHELL - If you exercise, what you consume turns into energy. If you don't exercise, it turns into fat. And believe it or not, that same truth applies to spiritual food.

It’s fitting for us to consider the Apostle Paul’s final words to his co-worker Timothy on this day (June 25), for the Lutherans of 1530 who presented the Augsburg Confession took seriously Paul’s encouragement and so should we: “Remain steadfast in God’s Word and work.”
