Psalm 84 begins with an expression of pleasure in God's dwelling place. "How lovely is your dwelling place, O Lord Almighty." There is a deep longing in this song to experience again the pleasure of being in this lovely environment where the presence of God could be felt.

Affliction is the best Litimus Test for the Faith we Profess. Many shall be the Afflictions of those that Loves God but the promise of Deliverance we have. This should encourage you. Psalms 34:19 The righteous person has many troubles, but the Lord rescues him from all of them.

To us as believers Afflictions are to Prove our Salvation which is from God, because It's one thing to talk about Salvation but it's another thing to Demonstrate your Salvation which forms the evidence of your Faith.
