Good Grief

Most people aren’t good at expressing grief. Yet two-thirds of the Psalms are laments – grieving complaints against God. The Hebrew writers knew that the path of praise often went through the valley of mourning. So what happens when we grieve and mourn properly?

Modern Christians are going to be horrified when they stand in Judgment. Attending church, praising the Lord, living faithfully, and paying tithes aren't even on the radar of what Jesus is expecting of us. We're supposed to be serving 'the least of these!'

As Christians, we are called to base our lives upon facts. As we approach Christmas, we are called upon to understand it biblically. Praise the Lord we have a record preserved for us. It’s ordered so that we may know we have eternal life.
