Jairus had a great need, and he met One greater than his need. When he faced an impossibility, Jesus provided life. We all have difficulties beyond our control. We have great needs, and we serve a great Christ for our needs.

You can see here the contrast of light and darkness. The little girl is twelve years old and the light is passing out of her life. The woman has suffered from an issue of blood for twelve years, but now she is passing from darkness into light.

The human touch is incredible, its powerful, it calming. Jesus is on a trek and a woman touches the hem of his garment and she is made whole and a 12 year old girl is amazingly brought back to life, just because of his touch.
