Christmas is a time of cheer. You might respond with, "not this year. The Christmas cheer has been replaced with Christmas fear!" There was both fear and cheer surrounding the events of the first Christmas.

Horn refers to the victory, strength, might of a man. The valour is our God. Jesus is our Horn of salvation. Zechariah was silenced for nine months it was a divine rebuke for his unbelief, but God always turns his rebuke into rewards for those who keep their faith.
