Worry affects our thinking, feeling, and choosing. Worry wastes time and energy. Relationships with our spouses, families, coworkers, friends, and the Lord suffer. Health problems arise from worry. It shows a lack of trust in God. There is a better way!

People become victims of GAD as a result of pathological worrying, People worry and people develop worry in two different forms according to research. Worries are stored in our minds as images and in verbal form.
