God say's, "I Will, I Will, I Will" Text: Galatians 3:1-7NLT

Galatians 3:1-7NLT 1 Oh, foolish Galatians! Who has cast an evil spell on you? For the meaning of Jesus Christ’s death was made as clear to you as if you had seen a picture of his death on the cross. 2 Let me ask you this one question: Did you receive the Holy Spirit by obeying the law of Moses? Of course not! You received the Spirit because you believed the message you heard about Christ. 3 How foolish can you be? After starting your Christian lives in the Spirit, why are you now trying to become perfect by your own human effort? 4 Have you experienced so much for nothing? Surely it was not in vain, was it? 5 I ask you again, does God give you the Holy Spirit and work miracles among you because you obey the law? Of course not! It is because you believe the message you heard about Christ. 6 In the same way, “Abraham believed God, and God counted him as righteous because of his faith.” 7 The real children of Abraham, then, are those who put their faith in God.

Upon hearing the message of Jesus Christ, you received His Spirit. His Spirit brings a message of faith mixed with grace. You could say, The grace of God marched right into your life through the person of Jesus Christ. And Jesus Christ brought unto you grace. Grace and Christ are synonymous. Whenever you read about Jesus throughout the gospels, you will see grace in action.

The question is asked in verse 1, who has bewitched you, are cast an evil spell on you.

Paul writes, O foolish Galatians... this isn’t referring to a lack of intelligence, but the lack of obedience unto a perfect sacrifice. (Eternal payment for believer’s sin)

*Hebrews 7:25NLT Therefore he is able, once and forever, to save those who come to God through him. He lives forever to intercede with God on their behalf.

When you walk around without being Jesus-conscious, you are being cheated. (You’re not living a life in the Spirit.)

How do I know what Im filled with? What do you say all day? Who do you act like? Who do you magnify?

Some people are more devil conscious than Jesus conscious; some are more flesh conscious than Jesus conscious.

Psalm 34:3NKJ Oh, magnify the LORD with me, And let us exalt His name together.

Jesus desires to be appreciated, and when He is, He will increase in value in your conscious.

Listen, we cannot make the Lord any bigger than He already is, but we sure can make Him bigger in our consciousness. (Become aware of His presence.)

The Bible declares in Psalm 68:1NKJ Let God arise, Let His enemies be scattered;

In battle, the most important military strategy is to know your enemy; however, spiritually speaking, the most important military strategy is to know your commander and chief.

How do I get to know Him? Spend time with Him, Praise Him, Think about what He’s done, what He wants to do, think about eternity.

*Acts 10:38NKJ how God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power, who went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him.

*Hebrews 13:8NKJ Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.

Jesus came to bring you success! Favor, love, rest, peace, joy, fruit, spirit and too many surprises to even mention.

Galatians 3:1b-2NKJ For the meaning of Jesus Christ’s death was made as clear to you as if you had seen a picture of his death on the cross. 2 Let me ask you this one question: Did you receive the Holy Spirit by obeying the law of Moses? Of course not! You received the Spirit because you believed the message you heard about Christ.

The message of salvation hasn’t changed, just get a picture of that empty cross and believe. Believe for that love one, believe for that miracle, believe for that sin problem, believe for the now, believe for the presence of Christ to enter onto the seen.

You might say, “What do I believe?” Believe that when Jesus Christ said, “It is finished!” You were made complete. (Colossians 2:10)

The message is for you; this message is good news coming unto you!

Galatians 3:3-4NLT How foolish can you be? After starting your Christian lives in the Spirit, why are you now trying to become perfect by your own human effort? 4 Have you experienced so much for nothing? Surely it was not in vain, was it?

I going to make a blanket statement: “Your problems, troubles, and sins, have come because you forgot-You forgot that there is an empty cross!" (II Cor.5:21)
