We have been laying a foundation about unhealthy fear. Fear can be very destructive and cause much damage to individuals. We must never accept finite hurt and fear. We must guard our heart to never accept infinite hope as the norm.

More people have succumbed to fear than to deadly diseases. Fear causes weakness, therefore when the Lord said "Fear not", He also said "I will strengthen you". If we need to overcome fear and lead a healthy life, we need to learn about this from God's Word.
