Thursday evening was full of surprises as Jesus ate the Passover meal with His disciples. During the evening, Jesus washed their feet, and announced that one of them would betray Him, another would deny Him, and all of them would desert Him. They must have thought He was kidding, but He wasn't!

Thanks be to God for his indescribable gift! Jesus is the most generous gift the world will ever know. With hearts full of joy, we are called to give generously, joyfully and hilariously to the work of God!

This section of Paul’s letter ends with powerful words of praise.
