Mocking believers and rejoicing when someone else fails are traits of satan and will eventually be byproduct of where their heart truly is and the result could cause a person to spend eternity in hell. These are not traits that a true Christian would have.

The Light of God appears, falls upon individuals, and shines at events when Heaven and Earth meet. This meeting between Heaven and Earth, God and his people, happens more often than we think.
