It is true that God is gracious, but it is equally true that God is just and righteous too. This was perfectly demonstrated by Jesus when He paid the penalty for the sins of all mankind on the cross of Calvary. Those who believe on the Lord Jesus will enjoy His grace and live in His righteousness.
