God is not bound by dishonest agreements, such as marriage contracts. The reason such a marriage was dissolved was a purposefully concealed false agenda.

God doesn't bind fraudulent contracts including the contract of marriage. A deliberately hidden fraudulent agenda is the motive for such marriage being annulled.
