Paul the Pharisee knew everything about Temple sacrifices. Since Jesus made them obsolete and we are now priests, Paul made the conceptual leap that Christians are to be living sacrifices. Here's least 7 sacrifices we can make!

Jesus Cleanses The Temple

Why does Jesus cleanse the Temple rather than deal with the Roman occuppying force. In short, because the Priests were not living up to the standards God expected from them. The Temple's uses were being abused. God requires higher standards.

One Scottish preacher, Bill Freel said, “If you grasp the significance of Melchizedek you have entered into a spiritual wonderland”. In Genesis 14 Melchizedek is observed historically. In Psalm 110 Melchizedek is spoken of prophetically and in Hebrews 5 & 7 Melchizedek is applied doctrinally.
