Naaman was commanded to dip in the Jordan River seven times. He finally did and was healed of his leprosy. But beforehand, he put up quite a fight. His preconceptions about how God works, and his pride, both got in the way.

Many years ago, I attended Shoutfest, which is a Christian music festival held in Somerset, Kentucky; and I heard a new band perform called “Seven Times Down,” which I thought was really good.
