1. Sermon # 1- Life Changing Questions
Contributed on May 16, 2024
Think about the questions that were posed to various people in the bible in the Old and New Testaments. The way the people responded brought about major transformation in their lives and that’s exactly what God can do to those who believe in Him wholeheartedly.
We read in Matthew 9:27-28, When Jesus left that place, two blind men followed him. They shouted, "Have mercy on us, Son of David.” Jesus went into a house, and the blind men followed him. He said to them, "Do you believe that I can do this?" "Yes, Lord," they answered. ...read more

As believers in the Lord Jesus we are called to keep our lamps burning bright so that those around us who are still in the darkness of sin and unbelief can come into the light. The question is, “Is are our lamps shining bright for the Lord or are we hiding our lamps?
It is recorded in Mark 4:21, Jesus said to them, "Does anyone bring a lamp into a room to put it under a basket or under a bed? Isn't it put on a lamp stand? (GW) As we meditate on the questions Jesus asked while here on earth, we realize that these questions were asked to help people ...read more

Human beings are created in the image of God and the question is, ‘How are we representing the Lord as His children?’ Only those who understand their true identity in Christ will be able to reflect Him the way they should.
We read in Matthew 22:20, He asked them, “Whose is this image and inscription?” (WEB) Jesus asked many questions to people in several situations, and we are meditating on a few of them. The question that we are considering is from the above mentioned verse where Jesus asked “Whose is this image ...read more

7. Sermon # 7 - Watch And Pray
Contributed on Jun 13, 2024
Jesus wanted His disciples to tarry with Him in prayer at a most crucial hour, but they were overcome with sleep. If we can set aside some distractions and discipline ourselves to spend time with God we will experience wonderful transformation in our lives.
We read in Mark 14:37, He went back and found them asleep. He said to Peter, "Simon, are you sleeping? Couldn't you stay awake for one hour? Contributed on Jun 19, 2024
So many relationships are broken or splintered because of un-forgiveness. God’s mandate for His children is that we should love and forgive others the way He loves and forgives us. This love and forgiveness was perfectly exemplified by Jesus throughout His life and even at the point of death.
Jesus said in Luke 6:32, "If you love only the people who love you, why should you receive a blessing? Even sinners love those who love them! (GNT) As we continue to meditate on the questions that Jesus asked, we find these questions are relevant and life-giving even today. Most of us in ...read more

9. Sermon # 9 - Commandments Over Traditions
Contributed on Jun 20, 2024
Often the traditions of men have overtaken the commandments of God and thereby, many have missed the true intentions of God’s commandments. May we heed the voice of the Holy Spirit and truly honor and please God in all that we do.
We read in Matthew 15:3, He answered them, "Why do you break the commandment of God because of your traditions?
