[113]. A MESSAGE FROM A POEM – HAVE YOU SEEN A GOULDIAN FINCH?

I keep finches including the gouldian finch, one of the most beautiful finches in the world, if not the most beautiful. If you have not seen one, go do a search on the internet.

This poem covers a number of subjects. When you look at the colour divisions on the Gouldian, they are all perfect. If evolution was a fact with its “natural selection” and randomness then nothing would be consistent and you’d have all sorts of monstrosities. God created order, not chaotic ugliness, and in accordance with scientific principles, and fixed matters like genetics and continuance. {{John 1:3 “ALL THINGS CAME INTO BEING BY HIM, and apart from Him nothing came into being that has come into being.”}}

Creation proves a Grand Designer, and that being the case, it is demanded of man to recognise the God of creation. It is for that reason all must repent and return to God – {{Acts 17:30-31 “Therefore having overlooked the times of ignorance, GOD IS NOW DECLARING TO MEN THAT ALL EVERYWHERE SHOULD REPENT, because He has fixed a day in which He will judge the world in righteousness through a Man whom He has appointed, having furnished proof to all men by raising Him from the dead.”}}

God really loves beauty and colours because all His creation demonstrates that. – {{Philippians 4:8 “Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honourable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, WHATEVER IS LOVELY, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, let your mind(s) dwell on these things.”}}. There were magnificent colours in the Tabernacle and there will be in The New Jerusalem that descends from the New Heavens and Earth. (See Revelation 21).

His hand is on creation but will you allow the Lord to have His hand on you?

HAVE YOU SEEN A GOULDIAN FINCH?

Have you seen a gouldian finch?

Perfect rainbow of creation!

Such a line of demarcation,

Separates the blue and purple;

Separates the purple, yellow.

========================

Such artistic patterning -

Envy of exact designers;

Envy of the colour palette.

Not a splash of seven colours,

Splashed around haphazardly;

Not a mix of hues contrasted,

Claimed from natural selection.

========================

No disorder in designing,

With bits of this and bits of that.

Seamless is each banded colour

Intricately locked together.

Red or black or orange headed;

Breasted lilac, or in purple.

Sides of neck in finest turquoise,

Between the banded black arranged.

How did such a splash of colours

Come together in perfection?

Intricacies in precision -

Did it come from evolution?

Darwin’s random outcome chaos?

Superb design planned these results;

Confirms creation’s master plan.

There must be a wise Designer

For blueprints of complexity;

For marks of speciality;

For numerous diversities.

========================

Multiply this bird through nature;

Gather every complex creature;

List their instincts and their habits;

List their patterned programmed functions;

List their integrated life forms.

Evidential facts have spoken.

These reinforce creation’s proofs.

God has made this declaration.

Universal signposts tell it.

God is not a distant Watcher;

He is not indifferent to us;

He is not found in abstraction;

Not confined by man’s perception.

God Himself has spoken clearly

To mankind whom He created.

Sent His Son as Mediator;

Sent His Son as man’s Redeemer.

========================

God created for His glory;

Made us for a true communion;

Sharing what His hand created;

And there enjoy His handiwork.

========================

There must be a true conversion.

Human beings need repentance.

Creator of the gouldian . . . .

God our Maker, now commands that.
